FIRST-daughter-about-town Barbara Bush has been known to dirty dance with others, but her heart belongs to a fellow Yalie. The lucky guy? Returning senior Jay Blount. Politically minded Blount - he interned this summer with House Speaker Dennis Hastert - is quite a catch. According to the Yale Daily News, Blount is a founding member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, new to the campus last year. He was also named to the "50 Most Beautiful" list by Yale's Rumpus magazine. And he's a romantic.
