Here are all of Noelle Bush's mug shots. First comes the initial Xanax bust mug shot. Next in the series is a mug shot for Contempt of the Court (Noelle had one prescription-only pill in her pocket during rehab). The contempt landed Noelle 3 days in jail. The latest mug shot is before a 10 day stretch in jail: while in rehab, Noelle was caught with a dime-sized chunk of crack in her shoe, doh!
